Prior thereto, held positions with Husky Energy in western Canada (1990 to 1995) and Shell UK internationally in the North Sea (1996 to 2000). Extensive expertise in advanced well engineering and operations, including underbalanced drilling and fracture stimulation enhancement.
Jamie Biluk – Since Jan of 2005 has been an independent businessman. Prior thereto was the Regional Vice President for Weatherford Drilling and Intervention Services, a division of Weatherford Canada Partnership (Nov 2001 to Jan 2005), a public oil and gas services company. Prior to thereto, President of Energy Rentals (Oct 1988 to Nov 2001), a private oil and gas services company.
Martin Cheyne – President, CEO and Director of Dual Exploration Inc., a public oil and gas company. Has more than 23 years of oil and gas experience, with extensive experience in drilling and completions. Prior thereto, was President and CEO of Devlan Exploration Inc., a public oil and gas company, from 1996 until it sale to Cyries. Prior thereto, was Vice President of Projects and Project Manager at International Colin Energy Ltd. Is concurrently the Vice President and a co-owner of Bredal Energy Corp., a private oil and gas company.
Kevin Hertz – P. Eng., Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rider Resources Ltd., a public oil and gas company operating in western Canada from Feb 2003. Prior thereto, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Meota Resources Corp. from Jan 2000 to Oct 2002. Prior thereto, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Poco Petroleum Ltd.
Verne G. Johnson – P. Eng., Graduate in Engineering from the University of Manitoba in 1966. Initially with Imperial Oil & EXXON (1966-1981)in numerous technical & management roles in W. Canada as well as 2 years in Toronto, & 2 years in New York. Has held positions of Vice President of Production with Roxy Petroleum, President & CEO of 3 public junior oil companies (Liberty Petroleums, Paragon Petroleum, & AltaQuest Energy) and President & CEO of ELAN Energy Inc. President of Ziff Energy Group and SVP Operations for The Enerplus Group. Director or past director of numerous public companies including Fort Chicago Energy Partners LP, Blue Mountain Energy, Harvest Energy Trust, Builders Energy Services Trust, Deer Creek Energy Limited, Mystique Energy, and Gran Tierra Energy. Other community & industry organizations, including the Board of Calgary Opera, past board member of the Independent Petroleum Association of Canada (IPAC) & the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).
Cameron McVeigh – CA and CFA, is the founder and President of Camcor Capital Inc., an oil and gas private equity fund established in 1997, which focuses its investment activity in early stage junior oil and gas companies. He serves as a director on numerous junior oil and gas company boards of which the Camcor fund is an investor. Prior thereto, he received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in 1981, his Chartered Accountant designation in 1984 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1994.
